Regulations and policies

Pil-E  Learning Games is a store that operates through online commerce on the Internet that allows a third party (hereinafter - the "Customer") to purchase toys, games and various design items displayed on the Pil-E website (hereinafter: the "Products"). The products are offered to the browsing public through a secure purchase in the Pillay online store.

  • The provisions of these regulations will apply to any use and purchase made by the customer (hereinafter "customer") on the website, and will form the legal basis for any discussion between the customer and Pil-E. Therefore, the customer is requested to read these regulations in full and carefully.
  • Browsing the website and/or purchasing a product offered for sale on it constitutes the customer's agreement to accept and act according to the regulations, therefore if the customer does not agree to the terms and conditions, he is requested not to make any purchase through the website.
  • Submitting false information by a customer when ordering from the website is a criminal offense and whoever does so is subject to criminal and civil legal proceedings.
  • In the event that the transaction was not approved by the credit companies, the customer will receive an appropriate notification. In order to complete the purchase, it will be necessary to contact Pil-E customer service in order to arrange the approval of the credit companies to carry out the transaction. It will be clarified and emphasized, an action will be considered complete only after the delivery of the credit information by the customer. In the aforementioned case, the delivery dates will be calculated only from the date of approval of the transaction by the credit card company. The customer did not act to arrange the approval within 7 days from the date of receiving the notification of the credit companies' refusal to grant approval for the transaction, the order will be cancelled.
  • Pil-E will ensure the delivery of any product purchased on the website to the customer's address recorded when placing the order in accordance with the details typed when submitting the customer's offer, within the deadlines specified in "Shipments and deliveries" on the website.
  • "Pil-E" undertakes to supply only for a product for which it has been paid in full by credit card as detailed below.
  • "Pil-E" will not be responsible for any delay or delay in delivery and/or non-delivery caused by force majeure and/or events beyond their control, including strikes, shutdowns, etc.
  • In the areas with restricted access from a security point of view, "Pil-E" will be entitled to make the products available to customers in an acceptable nearby place, which will be coordinated with them in advance.
  • The delivery dates of the products as indicated on the "Shipments and Supplies" page only include the calculation of business days (Sundays to Thursdays, not including Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays)
  • If the product did not reach the customer within the delivery period specified on the website, then the customer undertakes to notify "Pil-E" immediately. If the customer is not interested in waiting for the product to arrive beyond the delivery period, then "Pil-E" undertakes to return to the customer the payment he paid for that subject product and in accordance with the contract with the shipping company and after checking the correctness of the complaint in the "Pil-E" records and receiving confirmation of the lack of delivery from the courier company.
  • When delivering the product, the courier may require the presence of the credit card holder when delivering the product, and/or the presentation of the credit card holder's ID and/or the credit card holder's signature on a voucher as a condition for delivering the product.
  • In any case of a request to cancel a transaction after the product has long been sent, the cancellation of the transaction is subject to the customer returning the product in its original packaging, complete without use and/or without injury and/or damage and/or defect and/or spoilage of any kind and type to the "Pil-E" branch "at the address specified in the order at his expense. It is hereby clarified that the shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • Each customer may make purchases, subject to fulfilling the cumulative conditions detailed below:

o The customer is qualified to perform binding legal actions. If you are a minor (under the age of 18) or you are not entitled to perform legal actions without the permission of a guardian, you will not be able to order products on the website.

o The customer is a holder of a valid Israeli ID card or foreign passport or a legally incorporated and registered corporation in Israel.

  • Without deviating from the above, "Pil-E" may prevent a customer from participating in purchases on the site by and/or submitting in any of the following cases: - The customer has committed an illegal act and/or violated the provisions of the law, the customer has violated a condition of the regulations, the customer has delivered At the time of registration and/or afterwards on the phone intentionally wrong details, the customer has committed an act or omission that has the potential to damage "Pil-E" or the normal operation of the site, with the customer's intention to sell the product or service he will receive to a third party and/or to trade it.

 

Cancellation of transaction/sale

  • In the purchase of a property - from the date of the transaction until fourteen days from the date of receipt of the property or from the date of receipt of the document containing the details mentioned in subsection 14c(b) of the Consumer Protection Law, whichever is later.
  • When purchasing items by personal order, the operator of the operation will not be able to cancel the transaction, all as stated in section 14c(d) of the Consumer Protection Law, including "goods produced specifically for the consumer following the transaction".
  • Cancellation of a transaction will be done in writing via e-mail to "Pil-E". The cancellation of the transaction by the customer is subject to the receipt of approval for the cancellation of the transaction, as well as cumulatively that the customer returns the property in its original packaging, complete without use and/or without injury and/or damage and/or defect and/or spoilage of any kind and type.
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded and a handling fee will be charged as stated in the relevant regulations.
  • "Pil-E" will be entitled to cancel a transaction and/or sale in whole or in part:

o In the event that there is a clerical error in the offer, either in the price of the product or in the description of the product.

o If it turns out that the deal and/or sale was accompanied by illegal activity by and/or any third party.

o If the transaction was carried out illegally and not according to these regulations.

Notice of the cancellation of the sale will be given to the buyers by phone and/or in writing to the same email address

Specify when placing the order.

  • If, after placing the order, it is discovered that the product is out of stock, "Pil-E" may cancel the sale or offer an equivalent replacement product. A sale has been canceled as stated "Pil-E" / or anyone on his behalf will not be responsible and will not bear any direct, indirect, consequential or special damage caused to the customer or a third party.
  • Icons Any information and/or display that appears on the website, including graphics, design, verbal presentation, trademarks, logos , as well as the editing and presentation of these, are the exclusive property of Pil-E on her behalf. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or use in any other way the contents appearing on the website unless "Pil-E" has given its consent to this, in writing and in advance.

All products appearing on this website are subject to copyright according to the law. The interpretation and enforcement of these regulations and/or any action or conflict arising from it, will be done in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, and will be clarified, if necessary, in the competent court in Tel Aviv-Jaffa only.

  • "Pil-E" reserves the right to update and change promotions and the right to change product prices. A change in the price of the product will not apply retroactively to an order that was completed before the price change.
